Facilities
Hatchery:
The Hatchery is equipped with fully automatic 6 Setters and Hatchers. Broiler Hatching Eggs are sourced locally and imported from Europe and GCC.
Feed Mill:
The feed mill is located in Sohar Industrial estate and has an installed capacity of 2,400 tons per month. At present, it produces feed only for in-house consumption.
Broiler Farm:
The hatchery yields day old chicks (DOC) which are placed in broiler houses and grown together as a flock until they attain the desired weight.
Processing plant:
Equipped with a State of the art Stork Marel Processing Plant. Broilers from own Farm are transferred to the processing plant for slaughtering. After the birds are slaughtered, fresh whole chicken and Portions are sorted by weight, then distributed and marketed under the brand name of A’Rayaf.
Supply Chain Management:
SPC distributes it is products in the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates in all the leading supermarkets, own factory outlets exclusive and exclusive Poultry outlets through a fleet of vehicles following hygiene to ensure delivering healthy and fresh products.
